Caribbean Week June 2010
Chef Yvette Michelle LaCrette also known as Yvette James from LaCrette Catering Services invites you to the Roseland Ballroom for the Rum and Rhythm event on Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 6:30pm- 9:00pm. Guests will sample award-winning Caribbean rums and enjoy traditional Caribbean cuisine and rum-infused delicacies prepared by Celebrity Chefs including Chef Yvette Michelle LaCrette from the beautiful island of Grenada.
Caribbean Week continues on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Macy’s on 34th Street, where Chef Yvette Michelle LaCrette will perform cooking demos of Coo Coo (polenta), Callaloo and Stewed King Fish. Come; take your taste buds on an exciting journey.
The Rum and Rhythm celebration will take place at 239 West 52nd Street (between Broadway 8th Avenue) New York, NY 10019.
