About Yvette
Yvette James is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education, in New York City where she received her certification. Chef James is a highly motivated and dedicated individual, with the ability to relate to a diverse group of colleagues and clients. Having managed her own catering business for over Ten years, Chef James has also served as a private chef as well as an Executive Chef in two restaurants, one of which she created the menus for.
Chef James's cuisine and delicacies are always tastefully presented and pleasing to the palate. Ms. James has also catered for very high level occasions hosted by our Prime Minister and Foreign Minister for their colleague and other distinguished persons whilst in New York"
